  • Tomato, fennel and squid salad

  • Chicken mignon with garlic mashed potato and a honey mustard jus
  • Marinated strip loin steak with creamy mushroom sauce served with sweet potato mash
  • Fish of the day with a lemon pepper sauce served upon a parmesan and roquette salad
  • Tender pork cutlets on marinated eggplant served with chorizo and parmesan infused gnocchi and a tomato ragu
