Head Chef Adam

Trevi Fountain Head Chef Adam Gallo is quickly gaining a reputation as a TV chef, thanks to his weekly slot on the Living on the Coast community TV series. As well as cooking favourites from the Trevi, Adam serves up tasty recipes from around the world.

With 3 seasons under his belt, Adam’s segments are shot in various South Coast locations, including the Shoalhaven River, Greenwell point and the Trevi Fountain itself. The programme airs on Channel 31 and is produced and directed by Micheal Pignataro. (Adams former chef and mentor) The programme recently won an Antenna Award (the community TV version of Logies) for 2009, and has been nominated again in 2010.

It’s a great way to learn the secrets of Adam’s down-to-earth approach to fine food. And a simple way to introduce a little bit of the Trevi into your own kitchen!
